  • How does it work?
    To reserve your date, we require a 50%, non-refundable retainer, due at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of your picnic date. Parties that include specialty enhancements (photographer, etc.), will incur additional required deposits. $100 refundable security deposit for overnight picnics. Once you book, we deliver and set up your picnic before you arrive. Upon your arrival, we leave and allow you to fully enjoy the experience during the reserved time. You are responsible for the items until we return at the end. If you decide to end your picnic early, please contact us on the phone number provided and allow us 30 minutes to arrive back at the site. We take care of all clean up! Note: All of our items are properly cleaned and/or sanitized between uses. Food will be wrapped upon delivery from our vendors.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    1. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your event and rebook within 3 months, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable. For bookings that include speciality enhancements, 14 days notice is required to cancel. 2. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel. Bookings that include a photographer or other custom enhancements will require a rain plan. Since New England weather is so unpredictable, we recommend a backup indoor location for all bookings.

  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and ability to honor special requests. For bookings that include enhancements such as photographers, we recommend booking as far in advance of your event as possible, as our partners are talented and popular. :)
  • What if I'm late?
    Please do your best to arrive on time as our rental time will begin as scheduled, please call or text us if you are running late.
  • What if I have a special request?
    We love custom requests! Submit a booking inquiry form and include special request notes, use the "Contact Us" form or e-mail picnicsbyanais@gmail.com.
  • When can I have a picnic?
    We only offer 1 picnic per day Friday - Sunday. This means your picnic day is yours alone, allowing us the time to pay attention to every last detail! Weekday Evenings Thursday - Friday 6 PM Overnight: 7 PM Saturday Afternoon: 11AM-4PM Overnight: 7 PM Sunday 11 AM -4 PM Special time requests are allowed!
  • Where can I have a picnic?
    We service Webster MA and surrounding areas. Additional fees apply beyond 20 miles from Webster MA. You can picnic at any private residence that you own or have permission to use. You may request a picnic at a public location of your choice, we will honor these requests whenever possible.
  • Do you provide food?
    We work closely with Charcuterie Woo & other local vendors to provide charcuterie options that are delivered to your picnic. Additional options may be available upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
  • What about alcohol?
    Unfortunately, we cannot include or deliver alcohol to your event. It is your responsibility to check local laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
